    • Main Title Area: This is where you can add the song title that holds meaning to you or the name of someone special. For example, if itโ€™s a gift for a loved one, you might add their name; or if itโ€™s a keepsake, you can engrave the title of a song that connects you both.
  2. Add a Subtitle:

    • Song Name or Date: If you didn't enter the song title in the main section, you can add it here as a subtitle. Alternatively, you can personalize it with a significant date, such as the gifteeโ€™s birthday, a wedding date, or an anniversary.
  3. Customize the Back:

    • Engraving Area: Here, you can add the full lyrics of a song that holds special meaning. Simply search for your chosen song's lyrics, copy them, and paste them here. Youโ€™re not limited to just song lyricsโ€”add anything with significant meaning, like wedding vows, a meaningful quote, or a heartfelt poem.

Your customized pendant will reflect all the special memories that matter most to you or your loved one.

Returns

Return Period: Customers may return items within a specific time frame, such as 30 days, from the delivery date.

Condition of Item: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Custom Producs: Since Jesus at Heart offers custom-engraved pendants, personalized items may only be eligible for return if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number would be required for processing the return.

Refund Method: Refunds could be offered to the original payment method or as store credit.

Exchanges: An exchange may be granted if a client receives the incorrect product.
